Select from the following parameters and click Add to create a policy. You can create multiple
policies to handle records with different categories.

Category —Select from the options available in the pick list .
NOTE:
This list may change, depending on the installed applications.
- Days to Retain — How long to retain the records of the selected status (in 24-hour periods).

Archive —Checking this enables archiving. Otherwise, records are discarded after the Days to
Retain
deadline.

Modify or Delete selected policies with the buttons on the right. Click the Save icon
on the toolbar, or select
File -> Save to persist this policy.
Notification DAP Parameters
This screen manages the retention of notification records. It adds to the General Info screen.

Select a period to keep notifications, and check to Archive those notifications.
