General
The General tab lets you enter and edit identifying and contact information for the selected (or
newly created) user.

The following are the fields on this tab (described when not self-evident):
General

User ID
— (Required) Enter an ID for this user. If you are modifying an existing user, this field is
read-only. The User ID must be unique; if it matches an existing User ID, the application
generates an error.

— Middle Name

— Primary Email

Phone Number
— Select a phone number type from the drop-down list, then enter a phone
number for the selected user.
