When you
Add
or
Edit,
the editor on the right appears with these fields:

Address
—Configure the anycast rendezvous point (RP) addresses in the RP set. You can
contribute multiple addresses in an RP set.

Version
—Select the PIM version. Default: 2.

Group Ranges
—Enter local group range of addresses (enter an address below the list and click
Add
. To change an existing address in the range, select a listed address, and change its
characteristics in that lowest field, then click
Apply
. To remove an address, select it, then click
Delete
.
This configures the address ranges of the multicast groups for which this router can be an RP.
By default, the router is eligible to be the RP for all IPv4 or IPv6 groups (224.0.0.0/4 or FF70::/
12 to FFF0::/12).
