You can check for ISIS adjacency manually with the command
show isis adjacency
after you telnet to either / both hosts.

Alternatively, you can discover the ISIS Peer Link using OpenManage Network Manager

Open the Link manager (
Inventory -> Links
)

action -> Discover Links
from that menu.

and ctrl+click both resources (A and B) as places to do discovery, then click the
