安装 OpenManage Integration with
ServiceNow
要在 ServiceNow 实例中安装 OpenManage Integration，请执行以下步骤：
● 从 Dell EMC 支持站点下载 OpenManage Integration 安装程序包。
● 通过上传 OpenManage Integration 更新集来安装 OpenManage Integration。
● 在 MID 服务器上部署连接器 .jar 文件，以便分别从 OpenManage Enterprise 和 SupportAssist Enterprise 获取资源清册信息、警报
和 Dell EMC 支持案例。
