在 MID 服务器上部署 OpenManage Integration 连接
器 .JAR
要启用 OpenManage Enterprise 和 ServiceNow 与 SupportAssist Enterprise 和 ServiceNow 之间的通信，您必须在管理、设备和查找
(MID) 服务器上部署一个连接器 .jar。
在 MID 服务器上部署连接器 .jar 之前，请确保：
● 将 ServiceNow 应用程序范围更改为 Dell EMC OpenManage Integration。
● 具有必要用户权限的 ServiceNow 用户。请参阅所需的用户权限 页面上的 7。
● 在您的环境中安装和配置 MID 服务器。
● 从 Dell EMC 支持站点下载并提取 OpenManage Integration with ServiceNow 安装程序文件。有关更多信息，请参阅 下载

要部署 OpenManage Integration 连接器 .jar 文件，请执行以下操作：
1. 要从 ServiceNow 导入连接器 jar，请执行以下操作：
在应用程序控制台上，单击设置图标 > 开发人员 > 应用程序。将范围更改为 Dell EMC OpenManage Integration
2. 在 ServiceNow 实例中，在“导航”筛选器中输入 MID Server，然后选择 JAR 文件模块。
3. 单击新建。
4. 在右上角依次单击管理附件 > 选择文件，转到已解压 OpenManage Integration with ServiceNow 安装程序文件的文件系统，然后
上传 Dell_EMC_OpenManage_Integration_1_2_ServiceNow_Connector.jar 文件。
成功上传附件后，关闭附件对话框。
5. 输入导入的连接器 .jar 文件的名称，然后单击提交。
6. 在“导航”筛选器中输入 MID Server，然后选择服务器模块。
7. 在名称列下，选择 MID 服务器，然后选择选定行上的操作下的重新启动 MID。
在成功重启后，MID 服务器的状态从停止变为运行。
现在，已在 MID 服务器上部署 Dell EMC 连接器 .jar 文件。
