Edit OpenManage Enterprise connection prole
1 In the OpenManage Enterprise Connection Proles page, select the connection prole.
2 You can edit the following elds:
IP address or FQDN of an OpenManage Enterprise appliance.
User name and password of the OpenManage Enterprise appliance.
NOTE: If you change the OpenManage Enterprise IP address, FQDN, or user name, you must re-enter the password and
click "Test Connection".
3 Click Update.
The updated connection prole is listed under the OpenManage Enterprise Connection Proles page.
Delete OpenManage Enterprise connection prole
1 On the OpenManage Enterprise Connection Proles page, under the Name column, click the connection prole.
2 To delete the connection prole from ServiceNow, select Delete.
3 In the Conrmation dialog box, select Delete.
The OpenManage Enterprise connection prole is removed from ServiceNow.
NOTE
: If you delete an existing OpenManage Enterprise Connection Prole, the devices and associated events will not be
monitored in ServiceNow.
