Viewing or Editing Deployment Credentials
In Dell Management Center, you can edit the deployment credentials. Deployment credentials are used to securely communicate
with an auto-discovered Dell bare-metal server, until the OS deployment is completed. Once deployment completes, after a
successful OS deployment, the iDRAC credentials that are provided in the associated connection profile will be set.. If the
deployment credentials are changed, bare-metal servers that are discovered after the credential change will use the new
credentials for communication. - the credentials on servers discovered prior to the change of credentials are not affected by
this change. The user name should be 16 characters or less (only ASCII printable characters). The password should be 20
characters or less (only ASCII printable characters).
