Configured—displays whether the disk is configured
Hot Spare Type(Not applicable for PCIe)—shows the hot spare type. The
options include:
No—there is no hot spare
Global—an unused backup disk that is part of the disk group
Dedicated—an unused backup disk that is assigned to a single virtual drive.
When a physical disk in the virtual drive crashes, the hot spare is enabled to
replace the failed physical disk without interrupting the system or requiring your
intervention.
Virtual Disk—displays the name of the virtual drive
Bus Protocol—displays the bus protocol
Controller ID—displays the controller ID
Media Type—displays either SSD or HDD.
Remaining Rated Write Endurance—displays the SSD remaining write
endurance.
Connector ID—displays the connector ID
Enclosure ID—displays the enclosure ID
Device ID—displays the device ID
Model—displays the model number of the physical storage disk
Part Number—displays the storage part number
Serial Number—displays the storage serial number
Vendor—displays the storage vendor name
Controllers
Controller ID—displays the controller ID
Name—displays the name of the controller
Device FQDD—displays the FQDD of the device
Firmware Version—displays the firmware version
Minimum Required Firmware—displays the minimum required firmware. This
column is populated if the firmware is out of date and a newer version is available
Driver Version—displays the driver version
Patrol Read State—displays the Patrol Read State
Cache Size—displays the cache size

Controller ID—displays the controller ID
Connector ID—displays the connector ID
Enclosure ID—displays the enclosure ID
Name—displays the name of the enclosure
Device FQDD—displays the device FQDD

System event log (SEL) provides status information for hardware that is discovered by OMIVV and displays information based on the
following criteria:
Status
There are several status icons: Informational (blue exclamation point), Warning (yellow triangle with exclamation
point), Error (red X), and Unknown (a box with a ?).
Time (Server
Time)
Indicates the time and date when the event occurred.
