Associated devices with the Dell EMC Alert Relay Server are not
deleted from the Dell EMC OpenManage Integration Dashboard if
there is a network issue
About this task
After you uninstall the Dell EMC Alert Relay Server Installer, the associated devices with the Alert Relay Server are automatically
removed from the SCOM console. Selecting Sync with SCOM MS on the Dell EMC OpenManage Integration Dashboard home
page to synchronize Alert Relay Server details, you might see network issue failure message and the associated devices will
continue to be visible on the Dell EMC OpenManage Integration Dashboard.
Workaround
Manually delete the devices from the Dell EMC OpenManage Integration Dashboard.
