● For a seamless onboarding of the OMIMSSC appliance for agent-free monitoring:
○ Wizard-based enhancement to enroll SCOM Management Group and Dell EMC Alert Relay Servers (previously known as
Proxy Management Servers) with the OMIMSSC appliance.
○ Dell EMC Alert Relay Server Installer to onboard and configure the Dell EMC Alert Relay Servers to discover and monitor
multiple Dell EMC devices by scaling up the monitoring capabilities on the SCOM console.
○
For seamless alert reception capabilities, the SNMP Monitoring Profile on the SCOM console is automatically associated
with the Dell EMC Hardware class after the enrollment of SCOM Management Group.
● An option to create, edit, and delete Windows Credential profiles on the OMIMSSC Admin Portal.
● Using online (https://linux.dell.com/repo/omimssc-scom/latest/) or offline custom repositories, you can update to the
latest OMIMSSC appliance version wherein the imported Dell EMC Management Packs, appliance kernel RPMs, and
application RPMs are automatically updated.
● SCOM Console administrators receive recommendations to install or update the OMIMSSC Appliance and agent-free
management packs for supported PowerEdge servers, AX nodes, and S2D Ready Nodes on the Updates and
