Security
To prevent security issues due to cross frame scripting (XFS) in Internet Explorer, you must disable web
frames across different domains:
1. Click Tools Internet Options.
2. Click Security.
3. Under Select a zone to view or change security settings, select Local intranet.
4. Under Security level for this zone, click Custom level.
5. Under Miscellaneous Navigate windows and frames across domains, select either Prompt or
Disable.
Reports
Issue 1:
Description
In the Agent and Alert Summary report, the iSM Agent Summary pie-chart and table displays “iSM
deployable Linux” as “iSM capable Linux”. Even though two separate slices are displayed in the pie-chart,
clicking on either of the slices with “iSM capable Linux” will display a pop-up of the actual “iSM capable
Linux” devices. The pop-up for “iSM deployable Linux” will not be displayed from the pie-chart.[49411]
Resolution
The “iSM Deployable Linux” devices will be visible with checkbox enabled and with tool tip “This device
supports iSM Deployment” in the “Create Deployment Task” wizard when you select “Deployment Type”
as “iDRAC Service Module” and “Linux”.
Issue 2:
Description
In the Agent and Alert Summary report, if the devices are filtered by any Group other than “All Devices”,
the Agent Summary table does not display the correct information. [49510]
Issue 3:
Description
"Device Name" is a default field and is present in all reports. [134260]
Issue 4:
Description
The time displayed in the reports generated by Essentials and the "Device Summary/Details" page is in
the time zone corresponding to the management station. [75603]
Issue 5:
Description
Software Components report does not display entries for ESXi servers.
Issue 6:
Description
To populate 'Modular enclosure reports' the CMC should have firmware version 4.0 and above
