PCI Device Information
Field Description
System Name The unique system’s name that identifies it on the
network.
System Type The system’s model information.
Service Tag A Dell specific unique bar code label identifier for a
system.
Device Card Description The type of Peripheral Component Interconnect
card used. For example, 82546GB Gigabit Ethernet
Controller.
Device Card Manufacturer The manufacturer’s information.
Device Card Slot Type The type of slot on the mother board into which
the card is inserted.
Storage Controllers Information
Field Description
System Name The unique system’s name that identifies it on the
network. The storage controller is present on this
system.
System Type The system’s model information.
Controller Name The name of the storage controller. For example,
SAS 6/iR Integrated.
Vendor The supplier’s information. For example, SAS 6/iR
Integrated is supplied by Dell.
Controller Type The type of controller. For example, SAS 6/iR
Integrated is of type SAS.
Controller State The state of the controller. For example, ready to
use.
Warranty Information
Field Description
View and Renew Warranty Click to open the Dell website from where you can
view and renew the device warranty.
System Name The unique system’s name that identifies it on the
network. Enable the proxy setting for the warranty
to Warranty data from dell.com/support.
Device Model Type The system’s model information.
Device Type The type of device, for example, server, Remote
Access Controller.
