 If Dell SupportAssist is installed along with OpenManage Essentials, you require 2 GB RAM, Dual core

processors in addition to the minimum requirements described in the above table. If you are using

SQL Server Standard or Enterprise Editions, the maximum SQL Server memory must be configured

within SQL Server to prevent it from using the entire system memory. It is recommended that you

use a maximum of 4GB for a 6 GB RAM configuration.

NOTE: OpenManage Essentials is a 32 bit application and therefore requires the Wow64 component to

be enabled on an R2 or x64 bit operating system.

NOTE: OpenManage Essentials is also supported on virtual machines.
