Determines whether the system BIOS loads the legacy video (INT 10h) option ROM from
the video controller or not. Set to Enabled if the operating system does not support UEFI
video output standards.
NOTE: This eld is supported only in UEFI boot mode. This eld cannot be set to
Enabled if UEFI SecureBoot is enabled.
