number>
Sets the RAID level for the array.
Valid RAID values are 0, 1, 5, 10,
50.
If no value is specified for RAID, 0is taken
as the default level.

ra, ara, nra, rc, nrc
Sets the read policy for the virtual disk.

Sets a user-defined environment variable
to the value returned from the function
call. The function calls are:
getcontrollerslots,
getfirmware,
getcontrollertype,
getadisks, getadiskcount,

getfreeadiskcount,
getfreeadisksize, and
gethotspares.

-si or silent
NA Does not display any information on the
terminal console.

-sp or
spanlength
<number>
The span size of RAID 5, which is a
mandatory parameter for RAID 50.
NOTE: Spanlength is applicable
for RAID 10, RAID 50, and RAID
60. The minimum permissible
spanlength value is 2for RAID 10,
3for RAID 50 and 4for RAID 60.
The number of array disks for
creating virtual disks should not be
a prime number and should be
divisible by the specified
spanlength.

-sz or size <number>
Sets the maximum size on the virtual disk
in MB or GB if the size is not provided.
The default size is in MB. If GB follows
the number, the size is expressed in GB.
