the -fd option creates dedicated
hot spares instead of global hot
spares. To set global hot spares, see
Assigning, Unassigning, And Listing
Global Hot Spares.

Reads the RAID configuration
information from the given .ini filename
and creates the RAID configurations on
the specified controllers.
