Valid Arguments
On systems prior to Dells YX2X systems: NA
On Dells YX2X and later systems: Enabled, Disabled
Description
Sets the BIOS console redirection to enable or disable when the operating system is
loaded.
Example:
A:>syscfg --RedirAfterBoot=Enabled

On Dells YX2X and later systems: OnNoConRedir, OnConRedirCom1,
OnConRedirCom2, Off
Description Enables or disables the serial communication devices (Serial Device 1 and Serial
Device 2) in BIOS.
Example:
A:>syscfg --SerialComm=OnNoConRedir
SerialComm=OnNoConRedir

On Dells YX2X and later systems: Serial1Com1Serial2Com2,

Description
Sets the port address of the serial devices.
On systems prior to Dells YX2X systems, when this option is default, Serial Device 1
is set to COM port 1 and Serial Device 2 is set to COM port 2.
On systems prior to Dells YX2X systems, when this option is alternate, Serial Device
1 is set to COM port 2 and Serial Device 2 is set to COM port 1.
This option can be replicated.
Example:
A:>syscfg --serialportaddrsel=default
serialportaddrsel=default
