Sets the cache policy or disk cache
policy. The valid arguments for cache
policy are:
• d — (Direct I/O) Reads are not
buffered in cache memory.
• c — (Cache I/O) All reads are
buffered in cache memory.
NOTE: Cache policy is not supported on
controllers that do not have a battery.
Valid arguments for disk cache policy
are:
•d - Disable
•e - Enable
The -cp option is optional and can
be added to the command line in
any order after the mandatory
option combination.
