g. Deleting Dell Public views

1. In the Microsoft Operations Manager Operators Console, select
"Public Views" from the bottom left pane tab view.
2. Expand the "All Public Views" folder from the top left pane tree
view and select the "Dell OpenManage" folder.
3. Right-click the "Dell OpenManage" folder and select "Delete" from
the pop-up menu.
4. Click "Yes" to confirm deletion.

1. Browse to the directory where BMC Management Utility was installed and
delete the %Management_Group_Name%_bmcServers.xml file(s).

Management Pack 2.1 for MOM 2005 and MOM 2005 SP1 (Full
Edition or Workgroup Edition)
- When the managed system name is a double-byte character string,
for example, Chinese or Japanese, Microsoft Operations Manager
Workgroup Edition does not install the MOM Agent on the system
or manage the system.
