Installing Dell OpenManage Connection for Netcool/OMNIbus 21
Uninstalling Desktop Integration
To uninstall the Desktop integration:
Delete the dell_OMNIbus_Connection_SNMP_Configurator_v_1_0.jar,
dell_OMNIbus_Connection_SNMP_Helper_v_1_0.jar, snmp4j-2.0.0.jar,
dellserver_int_desktop.ver
, and the dell_config.properties files from the
%OMNIHOME% directory on the system where you have installed the desktop
client.
Uninstalling Web GUI Integration
To uninstall the Web GUI integration:
1
Log in to the Web GUI.
2 On the system where the Web GUI component is installed, in the
<WebGUI Install directory> , delete the file delleql_int_webgui.ver for
Dell EqualLogic Integration and
dellserver_int_webgui.ver for Dell Server
Integration.
3 Delete dell_OMNIbus_Connection_SNMP_Configurator_v_1_0.jar,
dell_OMNIbus_Connection_SNMP_Helper_v_1_0.jar , snmp4j-2.0.0.jar,
and dell_config.properties files from the <Web GUI Install directory> on
the system where you have installed the Web GUI component.
4 Navigate to Administration  Event Management  Tool Creation .
5 Select Launch Dell Server Administrator Console , Launch Dell Server
Administrator Web Server Console
and Launch Dell EqualLogicGroup
Manager Console
and click Delete.
6 Navigate to Administration  Event Management  Menu
Configuration.
7 Navigate to Administration  Event Management Tools  CGI Registry .
Select
omsalauncher_linux.cgi on the right pane and click Unregister .
8 Navigate to Administration  Event Management Tools  CGI Registry .
Select
omsalauncher_nt.cgi on the right pane and click Unregister .
9 Select Dell Tools on the right pane and click Delete .
10 Verify that Dell Tools is removed from the Alert menu.
11 Restart the Web GUI.
