trap
An alert, error, or system message from a server reporting an exception in a server,
for example, a device failure or a threshold violation.
WorldView (WV)
The CA NSM component that launches systems management applications and
displays subsystem status. WorldView contains the Common Object Repository,
where managed objects are stored.
