2 OMCI MIB Version Group The OMCI Management Information Base (MIB) Version Group defines the attributes that identify the version of the OMCI MIB supported by the systems management software. The mIBMajorVersionNumber, mIBMinorVersionNumber, and mIBMaintenanceVersionNumber attributes are scalar objects, that are not related to other MIB objects and are not placed in a table. 11 SNMP Traps OMCI generates events that result in Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) traps or operating system event logs.
