Property Description
Possible values are:

This property is used to activate the TPM if it is deactivated, un-owned
and a BIOS Admin password is set and has been verified; otherwise this
property reports the status of the TPM Activation BIOS option.

Allow OS to power down or Prohibit OS from powering down UART.
Possible values are:
