VerifySupportedValue This method determines if a particular property/value pair is supported by the system BIOS. A property of the class and a numeric value are passed as arguments to this function. If the property/value
pair is supported by the BIOS, then this method returns 0. If the property/value pair is not supported by the BIOS, then this method returns 1. If the method call fails, then this method returns -1. This
method can only execute on Class (not on instance).
