Issue 2:
Description: If SCE is applied on a system with 64-bit Windows operating system, on which OMCI is running,
the OMCI data manager service stops.
Resolution: Reboot the system to start the OMCI service. The reboot also ensures that the BIOS settings
are correctly applied as many of the BIOS settings require a system reboot.
