Using IPMI Shell
To use IPMI Shell, perform the following steps:
On systems running a supported Microsoft Windows operating system:
1 Start a Command Prompt window.
2 Go to the directory where the file ipmish.exe is located. By default, ipmish.exe is located at
the directory:
C:\Program Files\ Dell\SysMgt\bmc.
3 Enter IPMI Shell commands (see "IPMI Shell Command Syntax") to manage the remote
system. Go to "IPMI Shell Commands" for a complete list of valid options, commands,
subcommands, and arguments.
