Dell Management Packs–Known Issues
This section provides information on open issues with the Dell Management
Pack for Essentials.
• The SCOM console displays a run time error with the following message:
Runtime Error! Program:
C:\Program Fil... R6025 - pure virtual function
call

• The SCOM console displays a Health service error message:
Health service host process has stopped working.
The error message: Health service Host Process
encountered a problem and needed to close"
error
message displays frequently.

As a result of this Health Service Crash, you may experience unexpected
behavior in the discovery and monitoring of Dell devices.
• Reports Not Deployed and Report generation display error messages
Immediately after importing the Dell Server and Printer Management
Pack, if you import any Dell report, the error message
Cannot initialize
report. The item "/Dell.connections.001/Dell.Connections.Report.* log"
cannot be found
is displayed.
This may be due to the following reasons:
– RMS, Reporting, and Database servers do not match the
recommended configuration.
– System Center Operations Manager takes time to deploy the reports.
Microsoft has provided a hotfix to deploy the reports in a few minutes.
