Usage
Information
If a switch is a MASTER and you change the hold timer, disable and re-enable VRRP for the new hold
timer value to take effect.

To preempt or become the MASTER router, permit a BACKUP router with a higher priority value.

To prohibit preemption, use the no preempt command.
