Command Line Reference Guide
When you remove all clients of a route reflector using the no neighbor route-
reflector-client command, the router no longer functions as a route
reflector.
If the clients of a route reflector are fully meshed, you can configure the route
reflector to not reflect routes to specified clients by using the no bgp client-
to-client reflection command.
This command automatically restarts the neighbor session for the configuration to
take effect.
