Usage Information
If traffic is shaped between 64 and 1000 Kbs, for some values, the shaped rate is much less than the value
configured.
On 40-port 10G stack-unit if the traffic is shaped between 64 and 1000 Kbs, for some values, the shaped rate is
much less than the value configured.
NOTE: When packets of size greater than 7000 bytes are expected to be received from the
network, Dell EMC Networking recommends that you configure the burst value to be more than
175 KB if you configured the rate shape. Such a setting ensures proper bandwidth sharing across
queues.
