Usage
Information
This command has to be configured before the interface moves to Err-disabled state. If not, the recovery
action is not performed.

errdisable recovery interval— Configure recovery timer interval for an interface.
errdisable recovery interval
Configure recovery time interval to move an interface from the Err-disabled state.
Syntax
errdisable recovery interval seconds
To remove the configured recovery time interval, use the no errdisable recovery interval
seconds command.
Parameters
interval
seconds
Enter the keyword interval and the number of seconds to recover the interface
from Err-disabled state. The range is from 30 to 86,400 seconds. The default is
300 seconds.
Defaults 300 seconds.

Information
Whenever the Err-disable recovery timer is reconfigured, it will get effective only after the current timer
expires. Following message is displayed after each Err-disable recovery timer configuration:
DellEMC(conf)# errdisable recovery interval 30
New timer interval will be effective from the next timer instance only.
