boot system
Specify the location where the Dell EMC Networking OS image used to boot the system is stored.
Syntax
boot system {gateway ip-address | stack-unit {stack-unit-number | all}
{default | primary | secondary} {ftp: | nfsmount: | system: {A: | B: | bmp-
boot} | tftp: | usbflash:}}
To return to the default boot sequence, use the no boot system command.
Parameters
gateway Enter the IP address of the default next-hop gateway for the management subnet.
ip-address
Enter an IP address in dotted decimal format.
stack-unit Enter the keywords stack-unit to specify the stack unit number.
all Enter the keyword all for all the stack units.
stack-unit-
number
Enter the stack-unit number. The range is from 1 to 12.
default Enter the keyword default to specify the default Dell EMC Networking OS
image.
primary Enter the keyword primary to specify the primary Dell EMC Networking OS
image.
