The VM at C:\Dell_OEM\VM allows you to select the appropriate language during the setup process. The virtual hard disk attached to this VM is of dynamically expanding type and can be converted to fixed type. NOTE: The virtual hard disk (VHD) attached to the VM is of dynamically expanding type which can grow up to a maximum of 127 GB. To increase the virtual disk space, create a new virtual hard disk and attach it to the same VM.

2 Known Issues Administrative template errors occur when starting local group policy editor Description: Administrative template errors occur when Dell EMC customized multilingual image is used and the Japanese language is installed on the system. The following errors occur twice when starting local group policy editor after the operating system is installed: • Error 1: Resource '$(string.NewTab_AboutNewsFeed)' (Browse attribute of displayName) was not found. File C:\Windows\PolicyDefinitions\inetres.
Cluster VD errors logged during I/O operation Description: Cluster VD errors are logged during I/O operation when PowerEdge MX740c or PowerEdge MX840c compute nodes and PowerEdge MX5016s servers are configured with Storage Spaces clustering and shared storage with Multi-Path I/O. Workaround: This is a known issue in Windows Server 2016, and Microsoft is aware of this issue. This issue is fixed in the September 2018 monthly update of Windows Server 2016.
