4. Replace SFPs
on the I/O

event, follow
the cable, and
find the switch
port that it
connected to
(or target
device).
2. Clean and
reseat the
cable.
3. Replace the
SFP on both
ends.
4. Try to use a
different
switch port if
available.
5. Contact Dell
for FRU to
replace the I/O
SLIC.
