Importing the Dell™ Management
Pack
Overview
The Dell Management Pack is available as Dell Connections.001.mp. The
Management Pack file, along with this user's guide and readme, is packaged in
a self-extracting executable (.EXE) file. The .EXE can be downloaded from
the Dell Support website at support.dell.com.
Before You Begin
• Read the software and hardware requirements to ensure that your system
meets or exceeds the minimum requirements.
• Read the installation procedures for your operating system.
• Read the relevant Operations Manager 2007 documentation.
• Read the relevant System Center Essentials 2007 documentation.
• Read the Management Pack readme file, which contains the latest
information about software and management station requirements, in
addition to information about known issues. The readme is posted to the
Systems Management documentation page on the Dell Support website at
support.dell.com
