故障排除

在系统中安装 Dell Provisioning Service (DPS) 时出错

如果在站点服务器之外的系统上安装 DPS 时为访问站点服务器指定的系统名称或用户凭据不正确，安装程序将不会验证此类

信息，而是直接完成安装。

但是，如果 DPS 尝试访问站点服务器，会发生无法访问站点服务器的情况。如发生这种故障，请从 DPS 安装目录位置下的

import.log 文件中，查看以下错误消息的日志信息：

ERROR2011-10-14 03:01:02 - SCCMProxy::Connect()-Failed to connect - Error The RPC server is

unavailable. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BA)at

Microsoft.ConfigurationManagement.ManagementProvider.WqlQueryEngine.WqlConnectionManager.Con

nect(String configMgrServerPath)

如果存在此错误信息，则重新安装 DPS 并提供正确的系统名称。
