4 故障排除 在系統安裝 Dell Provisioning Service (DPS，Dell 佈建服務) 時發生錯誤 如果為存取站台伺服器指定的系統名稱或使用者憑證不正確，而 DPS 又是安裝在系統而不是站台伺服器上， 那麼安裝程式不會驗證資訊，而且會完成安裝。 但是，當 DPS 嘗試存取站台伺服器時，會發生無法存取站台伺服器的問題。發生此種問題時，從 DPS 安裝目 錄位置的 import.log 檔案中，檢查以下錯誤訊息的日誌資訊： ERROR2011-10-14 03:01:02 - SCCMProxy::Connect()-Failed to connect - Error The RPC server is unavailable. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BA)at Microsoft.ConfigurationManagement.ManagementProvider.WqlQueryEngine.WqlConnectio nManager.
