4 疑難排解 在 Dell Provisioning Service (DPS) 安裝於系統過程中發生錯 誤 在系統上而不是站台伺服器上安裝 DPS 時，假如您替存取站台伺服器指定了不正確的系統名稱或使用者憑 證，安裝程式就無法驗證該資訊，亦無法完成安裝作業。 但是，當 DPS 嘗試存取站台伺服器時，會發生無法存取站台伺服器的問題。發生此種問題時，從 DPS 安裝目 錄位置的 import.log 檔案中，檢查此錯誤訊息的日誌資訊： ERROR2011-10-14 03:01:02 - SCCMProxy::Connect()-Failed to connect - Error The RPC server is unavailable. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BA)at Microsoft.ConfigurationManagement.ManagementProvider.WqlQueryEngine.WqlConnectio nManager.
