升级或修复问题

Deployment Pack：
1. 将 CustomReboot.vbs 从 [ConfigMgrRoot]\AdminUI\XmlStorage\Extensions\Bin\Deployment\ Dell\PowerEdge\LC\
复制到 [ConfigMgrRoot]\OSD\Lib\Packages\Deployment\Dell\PowerEdge\ CustomReboot\。覆盖目标文件夹中的
文件。
2. 将 DellPowerEdgeDeployment.xml 从 [ConfigMgrRoot]\AdminUI\XmlStorage\Extensions\Bin\Deployment\ Dell
\PowerEdge\LC\ 复制到 [ConfigMgrRoot]\AdminUI\XmlStorage\Extensions\Bin\Deployment\ Dell\PowerEdge\。覆

查看和导出 Lifecycle Controller 日志的故障排除
在查看单个系统或集合的 Lifecycle Controller 日志时，网格视图可能显示以下值 - 在列号中显示 -1，在类别、说

• Lifecycle Controller 正在运行其他任务或进程，因此无法检索系统或集合的 Lifecycle Controller 日志。
解决方案 ：等待一段时间并尝试重新检索或刷新系统或集合的日志，以再次查看日志。
• Lifecycle Controller 无法访问指定的 CIFS 共享。
解决方案 ：检查 CIFS 共享上的权限，确保可以通过 Lifecycle Controller 目标系统访问该共享。
• Site Server 无法访问指定的 CIFS 共享。
解决方案 ：检查 CIFS 共享上的权限，确保可以通过 Site Server 访问该共享。
• 指定的 CIFS 共享是只读共享。
解决方案 ：提供允许读写的共享位置的详细信息。
• 导出的 .XML 文件格式不规范。
