About symbol in the upper-right corner of Lifecycle Controller GUI. To view information about an iDRAC
license:
1. On any page of Lifecycle Controller, click About in the upper-right corner. On the About page:
NOTE: If a license is not installed on the server, information such as entitlement ID and license
expiration are not displayed.
2. To read through the Release Notes, click View Release Notes.
3. To view detailed information about iDRAC, click License Information.
On the iDRAC License Report page, the following information is displayed.
Device ID Indicates the service tag of the server on which an iDRAC is installed.
License
– Entitlement ID: Indicates a unique ID provided by the manufacturer.
– Status: Indicates the status of the installed license. The different licenses statuses
are: a. b. c.
– Description: Indicates the license type along with a unique ID.
– License Type: Indicates the type of license of the device. For example, Evaluation,
Express, or Enterprise.
– Expiration: Indicates the date and time on which the license expires. The format:
YYYY-MMQDD T HQMQM
