Resolution
Disable the popup blocker for Safari browser.

Issue 33
Description
Launching Virtual console using Google Chrome browser, does not launch Java Web Start automatically even after you map
launch application. This is a known issue with Google Chrome browsers.
Resolution
Map launch application to Java Web Start every time. To do this, right-click on the downloaded file, click open and map it
to Java Web Start.

Issue 34
Description
In a Linux operating system, after logging in to the iDRAC Web interface using a Firefox browser and you launch the Virtual
Console, sometimes Virtual Console window does not respond to keyboard input.
Resolution
Close and re-launch the Virtual Console.

Issue 35
Description
When there is no license installed on a value line platform like T420, you cannot perform any firmware update through
iDRAC Web interface using Dell Update Packages (DUPs). This is the correct behavior, but the displayed error message is not
correct. Error message is "LIC006: The License has expired. Obtain a replacement license and import it.”
