Description
The Learn More pop-up on the License page does not appear using IE.
Resolution
Add *.dell.com to the trusted sites in the Security settings. See the Internet Explorer help documentation for more
information.

Issue 4
Description
On Windows operating system, to add a folder as an image using the Virtual Media, the Desktop directory must be in the
HOMEPATH directory. The HOMEPATH directory may vary depending on the Windows installation, but the images created
from the
Add Folder as Image operation always reside in the %HOMEDRIVE%\%HOMEPATH%\Desktop directory. The
HOMEDRIVE must be set to C drive. Otherwise, the operation fails.

Issue 5
Description
If you are using Linux management station, you may have problems moving or resizing the Virtual Console when Pass all
keystrokes to server
is enabled. This is a limitation of X-Windows.
Resolution
Either disable Pass all keystrokes to server if the problem occurs or click in the workspace outside the Virtual Console
window so that the console loses focus. Now, reposition and resize the Virtual Console. The keystroke option is restored if it
was in use and temporarily disabled.

Issue 6
Description
vFlash functionality remains enabled after unpreserved firmware update.
If vFlash functionality is enabled and a firmware update is performed without preserving the configuration (preserve
configuration unchecked), the vFlash enabled option remains selected. This is a known behavior.
