Workflow
1 Invoke the GetRSStatus() method.
2 A status is returned along with a Message , MessageID , and
ReturnValue .
3 Continue executing the method with an interval until a Ready Status
is returned.
4 Ready status indicates Lifecycle Controller is ready for operations.
