Locating your Service Tag and
Express Service Code
You must provide the Service Tag and Express Service Code of your tablet when
contacting Dell for customer service or technical assistance.
NOTE: The telephone systems prompts you to enter the Express Service Code
that helps in routing your call efficiently.
The Service Tag and Express Service Code for your tablet are located on a label at
the bottom of the tablet.
