Workaround Ensure that your system drive (Windows Partition) has more free space than the size of all the content of
the partitions to be captured. Generally, if your Windows partition has at least 60% free space you could
capture your image.

Check Image fails driver check if the local account running the process
contains a period in the name
Description When the local account name has period in it, the Check Image process fails at driver check.
Workaround Create a new account without the period in the local account name and delete the account containing the
period along its associated profile. Retry the Check Image process from the new account.

Description If you are using a high-resolution monitor or the Windows zoom feature, the icons in the WinPE
environment may appear small.

Browsers that are pinned are not captured in the Dynamic image
Description
The Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browser selections are not copied in the Dynamic image if you
have pinned the browsers to the taskbar or Start menu in the system on which you are capturing on.
Therefore, these browsers will not be visible for a new user account.

Description
An appropriate error message may not be displayed when ImageAssist is unable to capture an image. The
image may not be captured because BitLocker is enabled on the system.
Workaround Disable BitLocker encryption on your system.
