Known issues Check Image fails driver check if the local account running the process contains a period or space in the name Description When the local account name has a period or space in it, the Check Image process fails at driver check. Workaround Create an account without the period in the local account name and delete the account containing the period along its associated profile. Retry the Check Image process from the new account. Tracking number DIA-166 Version affected 10.0.
