• By default, support for TLS 1.1 and higher is enabled. You can select TLS 1.0 and higher, TLS 1.1 and higher, or TLS 1.2 only. See Note 2

• SupportAssist can be set up through the iDRAC for 1x1 ‘phone home’ service to Dell EMC Technical Assistance.
• SupportAssist Collector now includes iDRAC core dumps, hardware crash dumps, and ESXi logs.
• SupportAssist viewer — Export HTML5-formatted report for viewing on web browsers.
• Added option to collect iDRAC debug logs with the SupportAssist report export feature.
Updates
• Added Support for Firmware updates using SCP(System Configuration profile) XML Import.
• Added support for the DUP dependency to handle component dependencies.
• Added Server Configuration Profile support for firmware repository-based updates and JSON file format.
