32. Description
If a Backup and Export Server Profile operation is in progress and you set LC attributes using DCIM_LCService.SetAttribute
method of WSMan interface, further Set operations on LC attributes from WSMan may fail.
Resolution
Clear the pending configuration for LC attributes using the Redfish interface.

33. Description
Using iDRAC web interface, you may be unable to delete iDRAC users on first attempt. The following error message is displayed:
RAC0508: An unexpected error occurred. Wait for few minutes and retry the operation. If the
problem persists, contact service provider.
Resolution
Retry the operation to delete the user.

34. Description
By default, LC GUI uses SMB1 protocol. If SMB1 is disabled on Windows or Samba CIFS shares, all features that use this share fail.
Resolution
Use one of the following to perform the action:
• Use iDRAC web interface.
• Enable SMB1 on the system where the share is located. This may lower your system's security.

35. Description
When you try to access LC GUI (by pressing F10 at POST), the system restarts if both the following conditions are true:
a. If the display is connected to the VGA port of the integrated graphics card, and
b. If the Load Legacy Option ROM setting is enabled in the BIOS.
Resolution
Use any of the following options:
• Connect the display to the add-on graphics card.
• Disable the Load Legacy Video Option ROM setting in the BIOS. (Go to System BIOS Settings > Miscellaneous Settings.)
• If you want to use the integrated graphics card, enable the Embedded Video Controller setting in the BIOS. (Go to System
BIOS Settings > Integrated Devices.)

36. Description
Using iDRAC GUI, if you import or export the server profile to a share with SMB1 enabled, the following message is displayed:
"RAC0618: Incorrect data entered."
Resolution
Do not use network shares with SMB1 because iDRAC no longer supports SMB1.

iDRAC update performed by Redfish client may display 503 service unavailable error. This is a time-out error while
retrieving the data.
