is not a Daylight Saving time zone.

Description
Specifies the time zone offset (in minutes) from Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) / Coordinated Universal
Time (UTC) to use for the RAC Time. Some common time zone offsets for time zones in the United States
are:
480 (PST Pacific Standard Time)
420 (MST Mountain Standard Time)
360 (CST Central Standard Time)
300 (EST Eastern Standard Time)
This object property is read only. Specifies the difference in number of seconds, from the UTC/GMT. This
value is negative if the current time zone is west of Greenwich.
